RRi

overview.

Richard Robbins International is a well-established real estate coaching organization with a diverse portfolio of events, programs, and services. The existing brand lacked clear differentiation between these offerings, making it difficult to communicate value and stand out in a competitive, corporate-leaning industry.

The vision was to create a distinctive, market-disrupting identity that could unify the organization while clearly distinguishing its product lines. The system needed to scale seamlessly across channels and internal teams without losing clarity or cohesion.

strategy, role & approach.

Working alongside an external agency, I played a key role in executing and extending the rebrand, ensuring the strategic identity translated effectively into real-world applications.

A vibrant colour system was introduced as a central organizing principle, creating immediate differentiation between product lines and setting the brand apart from the industry’s typically monochromatic aesthetic.

My focus was on translating the strategic framework into a scalable, high-quality design system that could support ongoing marketing efforts.

Key priorities included:

  • Applying the new identity consistently across print, digital, and marketing channels

  • Establishing clear brand rules to support scalability and internal adoption

  • Maintaining visual cohesion while allowing flexibility across diverse offerings

execution & impact.

I led the execution of branded collateral and marketing materials across print, digital, and campaign channels, ensuring the rebrand was implemented cohesively and consistently at scale.

The result is a unified yet flexible brand system that strengthens product differentiation, improves clarity across offerings, and positions RRI more distinctly within the real estate coaching market.
