BRAND SYSTEM, SOCIAL MEDIA, SIGNAGE, PRINT AND DIGITAL ADS

The Diamond Rental

overview.

Located in Toronto’s Junction Triangle, The Diamond sought a refreshed brand identity that reflected the neighbourhood's creativity and energy. The previous identity system lacked the personality and presence needed to stand out and connect with its community.

The goal was to evolve the brand into something bolder and more expressive, positioning The Diamond as not just a place to live, but a lifestyle rooted in culture, creativity, and connection.

strategy, role & approach.

As Design Director, I led the brand refresh from concept to execution, redefining the visual language while maintaining brand equity.

The focus was on amplifying impact and personality. Geometric elements were reimagined for greater presence, while introducing playful visuals of people and animals added a human touch. This shift helped differentiate the brand from typical real estate imagery and resonated with a design-conscious, community-focused audience.

Key Considerations

  • Strengthening brand presence without losing continuity

  • Humanizing the identity to foster emotional connections

  • Aligning visual language with the cultural tone of the neighborhood

execution & impact.

The refreshed identity was applied across brand touchpoints, creating a more confident, lively and cohesive visual system. The result is a modern brand that reflects the vibrancy of the Junction Triangle and differentiates The Diamond within the real estate space. The updated identity repositioned The Diamond as a lifestyle brand rather than a traditional residential development, helping it connect more meaningfully with its intended audience.
