Lyric by Lynde Creek is a real estate development in Whitby with a unique appeal rooted in its natural setting and modern residential offerings. The challenge was to create a brand identity and visual system that felt distinct and compelling within a competitive market while reflecting the development’s lifestyle and character.
The vision was to design a brand that evoked a sense of harmony, community, and modern living — a brand that could be both aspirational and accessible across audiences and media.

I led the brand development as a hands-on design lead, creating the logo, visual identity, and comprehensive brand system, and overseeing its application across web, print, and digital marketing.
The design approach centered on expressive simplicity and emotive resonance. The logo and visual elements were crafted to feel refined yet approachable, using clean forms and thoughtful details that suggest movement, rhythm, and flow — a reflection of the project name Lyric and the dynamic lifestyle it represents.
