Lofty Brickell
overview.
Located in one of Miami’s most desirable neighbourhoods, Lofty is a premium condominium development designed for residents who expect luxury as a baseline, not an upgrade. The challenge was to create a brand identity that felt refined and modern without leaning into excess or cliché luxury signals.
The vision was to build a brand that communicated confidence, simplicity and understated elegance, aligning with the expectations of Brickell’s sophisticated, design-aware audience.

I played a key role in shaping the Lofty brand identity, working as a hands-on design lead responsible for both creative direction and execution.
The approach emphasized restraint and clarity. Typography, layout, and visual hierarchy were carefully considered to create a sense of effortlessness, allowing the brand to feel premium without overstatement. Each design decision was made to reinforce professionalism, calm confidence, and timelessness.

Establishing a luxury visual language rooted in simplicity
Ensuring consistency across all marketing and sales touchpoints
Translating architectural and lifestyle aspirations into a cohesive brand system
